Urgent Hiring for Relationship Manager- POSP Agency at Mumba

Salary: 2L - + / Per Annum

Location: Mumbai only*

Job Profile:

- Recruitment and management of Agents / POSPs or doing Direct Sales(General, Health & Life)

- Sales Planning and target setting for the Agent / POSP Sales Team.

- Formulating sales strategies for different insurance products and achieving targets.

- Training, motivating and developing of Agents / POSPs.

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.

- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Motor Insurance) based on appointments in the course of daily activities.

Required Candidate profile:

- 1 to 3 Yrs experience in Insurance sales (Agency Sales/Direct Sales)

- Candidate should be from General Insurance, Health Insurance and Life Insurance or agency sales/development background.

- Should have good communication & presentation skills.

- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

- Must have own conveyance.
