job profile:

- recruitment and management of agents / posps or doing direct sales(general, health & life)

- sales planning and target setting for the agent / posp sales team.

- formulating sales strategies for different insurance products and achieving targets.

- training, motivating and developing of agents / posps.

- provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.

- meeting the customers to solicit insurance products (life insurance, health insurance & motor insurance) based on appointments in the course of daily activities.

required candidate profile:

- 1 to 3 yrs experience in insurance sales (agency sales/direct sales)

- candidate should be from general insurance, health insurance and life insurance or agency sales/development background.

- should have good communication & presentation skills.

- should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

- must have own conveyance.
