Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain the company’s products/services

Handle inbound queries and provide information

Maintain call records and follow-up schedules

Meet monthly targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [languages required – ., English, Hindi, regional language] Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Prior experience in telecalling or BPO (preferred but not mandatory - Freshers may also apply)
