job responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential customers

explain the company’s products/services

handle inbound queries and provide information

maintain call records and follow-up schedules

meet monthly targets

requirements:

good communication skills in [languages required – ., english, hindi, regional language] basic computer knowledge

positive attitude and strong work ethic prior experience in telecalling or bpo (preferred but not mandatory - freshers may also apply)
