Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services and patient inquiries.
Promote and explain Medanta Home Care Services to patients and caregivers.
Manage service bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Address patient queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily calling and service conversion targets.
Follow hospital policies, call quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate candidates are eligible.
02 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or healthcare support preferred.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and complaints calmly and professionally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus.
