shift timing: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
days off: 2 sundays off and 2 rotational weeks off
responsibilities:
1. outbound sales calls: conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers for tata capital's personal loan products.
2. customer engagement: engage with customers professionally, understanding their financial needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of tata capital's personal loans.
3. achieve sales targets: meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the outbound sales team.
4. product knowledge: stay informed about tata capital's personal loan offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
5. documentation: assist customers in completing the necessary documentation for personal loan applications.
requirements:
1. education: hsc qualification is acceptable. freshers are welcome.
2. communication skills: average english communication skills.
3. sales aptitude: a keen interest in sales and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
4. target-driven: proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
