Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers for Tata Capital's Personal Loan products.2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally, understanding their financial needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of Tata Capital's Personal Loans.3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the outbound sales team.4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Tata Capital's Personal Loan offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.5. Documentation: Assist customers in completing the necessary documentation for Personal Loan applications.Requirements:1. Education: HSC qualification is acceptable. Freshers are welcome.2. Communication Skills: Average English communication skills.3. Sales Aptitude: A keen interest in sales and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.4. Target-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
