your mission is to reach out to as many people as possible, help them understand the importance of insurance, and guide them to make the right financial protection decisions at different life stages.

key responsibilities

make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

explain insurance products and benefits clearly and convincingly

generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers

handle customer queries via phone, whatsapp, and email

maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews

outcomes expected

achieve weekly and monthly kpi targets

maintain high-quality communication standards

contribute positively to the team’s performance and mission

mandatory skills

good communication skills in malayalam and english
