Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns and objections effectively.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
Strong negotiation skills.

High school diploma or graduate (as per company requirement).
