About the Role
Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting our broadband services, reaching out to potential customers, and converting leads into successful connections.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote broadband plans.
Explain product offerings, pricing, and service benefits clearly and confidently.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain call records and daily activity logs in the CRM.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers welcome; telesales or broadband/ISP sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
