we are seeking an experienced tele sales executive for a mid-level full-time position based in bengaluru. the ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in tele sales, with a solid understanding of the travel arrangements industry. this role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and effectively closing sales while representing the club value holidays brand.

qualifications and skills

• proven track record with 4-6 years of tele sales experience in a related industry.

• proficiency in crm software, with a preference for experience with salesforce, to maintain and manage customer relationships.

• outstanding customer engagement capabilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• thorough understanding of telecommunication protocols to ensure efficient and clear communication.

• strong cold calling skills (mandatory skill) for effective initial engagement with potential clients.

• expertise in lead generation techniques (mandatory skill) to cultivate a robust prospective client base.

• exceptional negotiation skills (mandatory skill) to secure the best possible outcomes for both the company and clients.
