We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting company services/products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, issues, and trends.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during calls.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred but not mandatory.
