Telesales Executive Fresher

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive/Telecaller Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience. The position is full-time and based in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.

In this role, the executive will primarily engage with customers over the phone, promoting our real estate offerings, and effectively addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales. The executive will also follow up with existing customers and maintain thorough records of all interactions.

To be successful in this role, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with persuasive selling abilities. The candidate must be goal-oriented and able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.

The position requires regular office attendance and adaptability to a structured work schedule. Candidates should possess a valid mobile device for communication and should be prepared to work in a dynamic and engaging environment.
