Telemarketing Associate - Kolkata

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Associate - Hindi to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. You will conduct all communication in Hindi to cater to our Hindi-speaking audience and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services.

* Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to customers in Hindi.

* Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional manner.

* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.

* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

* Collaborate with the sales team and report on performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

* Ensure all customer information is captured accurately and handled confidentially.

Qualifications:

* Fluency in Hindi/Local Languages is mandatory.

* Speaking Bangla is added advantage.

* Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle objections and effectively close sales.

* Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Positive attitude and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
