Appointment Setting: Coordinating with the field sales team to book meetings or product demonstrations.
Database Management: Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate notes on the customer’s response and follow-up dates.
Objection Handling: Persistently addressing No or I'm busy responses with professional rebuttals to keep the conversation alive.
