We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 3. This is a full-time position suited for individuals who have completed at least their 12th grade. Freshers and those with up to two years of experience are welcome to apply.
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and engaging them in conversations about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Making Outbound Calls**: Conduct daily calls to a list of potential clients, explaining our offerings clearly and effectively.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and promoting our products accordingly.
3. **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects to drive business opportunities.
4. **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up activities to ensure efficient communication.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of customer service principles and a positive attitude towards learning will also be beneficial.
