Telecalling Executive – Lead Generation

Job Summary

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound/inbound calls while also supporting day-to-day office administrative activities. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, data accuracy, and basic administrative coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers from provided databases.

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

Generate, qualify, and record leads accurately.

Follow up with potential leads as per defined schedules.

Maintain call records, lead status, and feedback in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with sales/operations team to transfer qualified leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.

Office Administration Support

Maintain office records, files, and documentation.

Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR coordination.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.

Support vendor coordination, office supplies, and basic procurement.

Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and internal coordination.

Ensure office discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Skills & Competencies

Good verbal communication skills (English + local language preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email).

Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.

Strong follow-up and time management skills.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Positive attitude, discipline, and reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or admin role is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls made per day.

Leads generated and qualified.

Follow-up completion rate.

Data accuracy and documentation quality.

Attendance, punctuality, and policy adherence.
