Fresher hiring for Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive in Vadodara to focus on two-wheeler loan collections. This role allows you to work full-time from the office. Ideal candidates will have completed at least 10th grade and possess a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to existing clients to discuss their loan repayment status and resolve any queries related to their accounts. You will also follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and build good relationships, which is crucial for collection efforts. Regular updates in the database regarding client interactions and payment activities will be expected.

To thrive in this position, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage effectively with clients. A customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills will be necessary to handle various customer interactions. Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply. Basic proficiency in using telecommunication tools and a comfortable understanding of operating systems will help in managing tasks efficiently.
