K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated **Tele Caller** to join our team in **Rajkot, Gujarat**.

**📍 Job Location:** 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot.

This role is suitable for freshers who have completed their **12th grade** and are looking to start a career in customer service.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.

* Clearly explain our services and answer customer queries.

* Record call details accurately for follow-up and reporting.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

* Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

* Achieve daily call targets assigned by the management.

### Required Skills:

* Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati**.

* Friendly personality with confidence in handling customer objections.

* Basic computer knowledge for data entry and customer record management.

* Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.

* Ability to work effectively in a team.
