job summary:

we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our education loan (el) telecalling team.

as a telecalling executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students who want to travel abroad for higher studies and assisting them in availing education loans.

key responsibilities:

• lead generation: make telephonic calls to prospective students/parents for education loan services.

• product knowledge: explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• data management& follow up: handle inbound queries regarding education loans and follow up on potential leads and ensure timely loan processing and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the crm system.

• cross-selling products: educate and advise students on the benefits of additional financial products such as credit cards and checking accounts to support their overseas education journey.

• customer relationship: coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and documentation and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance customer trust and satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty.

key skills required:

• excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and hindi (additional regional language is a plus).

• basic computer knowledge (ms office knowledge is referred)

eligibility:

• qualification: any graduate

• experience: freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales, marketing, business development or finance is an advantage.

• immediate joining preferred
