responsibilities:

conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.

present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication and persuasion skills.

understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.

achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.

keep accurate records of calls and sales made.

collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

requirements:

proven experience as a telecaller or sales executive.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.

goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

familiarity with crm systems and practices.

strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

qualifications:

high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
