Telecalling Executive

1. handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining various visa options (., study visa, tourist visa, skilled migration) and immigration processes.

2. provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, procedures, and timelines.

3. maintain and update client records accurately in a crm system, and ensure regular follow-ups to track progress and address client needs.

4. schedule appointments and consultations for senior immigration consultants or visa counsellors.
