Fresher - Looking For Telecalling Executive

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via phone calls to promote products or services. Your role will be key in generating leads and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective customers based on provided leads to introduce them to our services and products.

- Present Products Effectively: Clearly explain features and benefits to engage customers and stimulate interest in our offerings.

- Gather Customer Feedback: Ask questions and listen actively to understand customer needs, which will help improve services and tailor future interactions.

- Maintain Records: Document call details accurately, including customer responses and feedback, in the company database for future reference.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales goals by following up on leads and closing sales through effective communication.

- Resolve Customer Queries: Address any questions or concerns customers may have, providing them with accurate information to build trust and confidence.
