🔹 Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for banking products/services

Explain offerings clearly and professionally

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Maintain call records and follow up regularly

Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets

🔹 Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven

Basic computer knowledge is a plus

Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred but not mandatory
