Opening For Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.

Maintain a clear understanding of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.

Record and update customer information in the database.

Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and sales.

Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.

Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve our services.

Assist in resolving customer issues or queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.

Freshers with Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proficiency in [specific software or CRM systems, if applicable].

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
