job responsibilities

1). lead a team of tele-callers and ensure their discipline and basic hygiene of a outbound call center like generated and ensure that meetings happen

2). maintain tele-calling hygiene: calls per day, average talk time, daily reporting

3) outcall on data allocated and generate qualified appointments for sales relationship managers

4). follow up on appointments

education graduate, computer literate mba

experience minimum 2 yrs in timeshare as a telecalling team leader, 5 years minimum overall

>2 years’ timeshare in sales outbound tele-calling in companies like club mahindra & sterling
