Telecalling Executive Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Female Telecaller Staff to join our team in Dombivli East. This full-time role is ideal for candidates who have completed their 12th grade and have up to 2 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers and conduct calls as per the predefined script to promote our products or services.

- **Answer Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns from customers efficiently, providing clear and helpful information.

- **Record Customer Interaction:** Log all customer interactions accurately in the database to ensure up-to-date records.

- **Follow Up on Leads:** Contact potential clients who have expressed interest in our services and encourage them to make a purchase.

- **Meet Daily Targets:** Work toward achieving individual and team call targets to contribute to overall company goals.
