Job Description

Seeking Telecaller Staff in Kanyakumari, India. As a Telecaller Staff, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about products or services. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls to generate leads, following up with potential customers, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and meeting weekly/monthly targets. Additionally, you will need to provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns professionally, and work closely with the sales team to achieve goals.

Applicants must have a minimum education of 10th pass, with no prior experience required. Strong communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
