A graduate as well having the competency of regional language Tamil Strong communication skills ( Fair at English)

Minimum 2 - 5 years experience as a Tele calling Executive with excellent communication and writing skills.

LMS (Lead Management System) Maintenance & Reporting

Ability to develop and implement lead generation and sales plan by means of cold calling Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Making calls and explain them about our work, Convincing clients to take our subscription service with us and advise present or prospective Customers by calling, Achieving calls targets on daily basis.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.

Understanding the requirements of the customer and map them to the available service of the organization

Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques would be preferred.

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

Capturing all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
