Job Description for Tele Caller / Counselor
The applicant should have the ability to:
• Enrolling students for courses offered by the Institute
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Telephone, whatsapp, emails.
• Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
• Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
• Ensure proper campus visit of parents, students.
Key Skills:
• Ability to Counseling, Administration, inbound /outbound calling of admission queries handling.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum 12th / Graduate passed from a recognized board/ university.
• 2 years experience in Tele calling, Counseling, Marketing etc.
