The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.

Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

Obtain and record customer information accurately in the database.

Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Provide information on promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Handle customer objections and attempt to resolve concerns.

Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve overall company goals.

Document and report feedback and insights from customer interactions.
