• Understand customer needs and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to maintain interest and provide updates.
• Maintain call logs, share daily reports, and coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software.
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
