✔ Qualifications and Skills:

✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).

✔ Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar role in sales/customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

✔ Ability to understand student needs and provide thoughtful, tailored advice.

✔ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

✔ Basic knowledge of using CRM tools or willingness to learn.
