6. database management: update and maintain customer records in the system.
7. handling queries: answer customer inquiries regarding bookings, facilities, and offers.
8. achieving targets: meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
9. feedback collection: gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
10. coordination: work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance promotional campaigns.
