Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

As a Telecaller based in Inderlok, Delhi, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. You will be expected to explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer any questions the customers may have.

Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls daily to reach out to as many potential customers as possible. You will also need to keep track of the calls made and maintain a database of leads for future follow-ups. Additionally, you will need to effectively communicate our product or service offerings and address any concerns or queries raised by the customers.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum education of 10th pass and at least 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this position. Additionally, proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also key expectations for this role.
