We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining property details, understanding customer requirements, and generating quality leads for our sales team.
*Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential buyers from company-provided data.
* Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly.
* Understand the customer’s property requirements.
* Schedule site visits for the sales team.
* Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel.
* Follow up with interested customers regularly.
* Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements & Skills
* Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English optional).
* Confident, polite, and convincing personality.
* Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided).
* Ability to handle customer objections.
* Should be comfortable with calling.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM).
* Minimum education: 12th pass and Above
