we are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented telecaller for our real estate company. the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining property details, understanding customer requirements, and generating quality leads for our sales team.
*key responsibilities
* make outbound calls to potential buyers from company-provided data.
* explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly.
* understand the customer’s property requirements.
* schedule site visits for the sales team.
* maintain daily call reports and update crm/excel.
* follow up with interested customers regularly.
* achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
* build and maintain strong customer relationships.
requirements & skills
* good communication skills (hindi mandatory; english optional).
* confident, polite, and convincing personality.
* basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided).
* ability to handle customer objections.
* should be comfortable with calling.
* basic computer knowledge (excel / crm).
* minimum education: 12th pass and above
