We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining property details, understanding customer requirements, and generating quality leads for our sales team.*Key Responsibilities* Make outbound calls to potential buyers from company-provided data.* Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly.* Understand the customers property requirements.* Schedule site visits for the sales team.* Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel.* Follow up with interested customers regularly.* Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Requirements & Skills* Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English optional).* Confident, polite, and convincing personality.* Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided).* Ability to handle customer objections.* Should be comfortable with calling.* Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM).* Minimum education: 12th pass and Above Benefits* Attractive incentive structure on site visits & bookings.* Growth opportunity in the real estate industry.* Supportive management & training sessions.* Flexible working hours (if required).
