Telecaller (Fresher)

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Nalasopara, Virar. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience in a customer service or sales environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making Calls: You will contact potential customers, introducing our products or services and explaining their benefits.

- Listening to Customers: It’s essential to understand customer needs and gather valuable feedback to enhance service delivery.

- Maintaining Records: You will keep accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-ups in our database.

- Meeting Targets: You will work towards achieving daily and monthly targets set for calls and sales, ensuring performance in line with company goals.

- Providing Information: Answering customer questions and offering detailed information about products or services is crucial for building rapport.

Required skills include strong verbal communication abilities, as clear communication is key to engaging with customers. You should possess good interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster trust. Being organized is vital, as you will need to manage multiple tasks effectively. A basic understanding of computers and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage. This role requires a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as you will be interacting with diverse customers daily.
