we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with exceptional english communication skills to join our team as english customer service representatives. as a telecaller, you will engage in conversations with english-speaking business customers and assist them with their energy billing inquiries. this role offers a platform for you to showcase your communication skills and grow your career.

responsibilities:

- engage in conversations with english-speaking business customers.

- assist customers with energy billing inquiries.

- provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively. - maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals.

- stay updated with product and service information.

requirements:

- excellent english communication skills.

- passion for engaging in conversations and helping customers.

- ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues.

- basic computer skills and familiarity with crm systems is a plus.

- previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

compensation and benefits:

- salary up to 25,000 inr in hand.
