Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.

Generate leads and identify interested customers.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain daily calling records and update lead information.

Convince potential customers and generate business opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful prospects.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.

Confidence in handling customer calls.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
