key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists
promote company products or services and explain their benefits
answer customer questions and handle objections effectively
convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the crm system
follow up with leads and nurture relationships for long-term sales opportunities
work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
preferred skills:
experience in b2c sales
multilingual skills (if applicable)
basic computer skills and familiarity with microsoft office
