Job Designation: Customer relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Role & responsibilities:

=> Day shift . shift timing -

=>This position is primarily responsible for receiving / attending the inbound calls from existing

customers to resolve their complaints & queries and give them the service against the banking products

and services.

=> Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of Individual customers by

providing them exceptional individualized customer service, thereby achieving targeted growth and service

norms.

Job Description:

ï‚· To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to

customer's satisfaction.

ï‚· To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call.

ï‚· Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer

queries/issues.

ï‚· Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.

ï‚· Act on the feedback given by Team Leader on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for

improving performance.

ï‚· Must be Good Communication skills Verbal & Written.

ï‚· Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.

ï‚· Flexible to get scattered 4 Week Offs in a month with 8 hours with day shifts.
