Calling clients.

Candidate should have basic knowledge about Loans.

Contact and convincing potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service from the given data base.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Answer questions about products or the company.

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

Take and process leads in an accurate manner.

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and update note useful information of customer information.

Ability to learn about the company services & describe/explain them to the prospects.

Responsible to provide activity report daily to your immediate boss.
