We are seeking a skilled and efficient Tele calling Representative to join our Recovery Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to resolve outstanding issues and recover debts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone

- Resolve customer queries and concerns

- Negotiate payments and settlements to recover debts

- Update account information and payment schedules

- Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets

Requirements:

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- 12th or equivalent education required
