- Collected and verified basic customer information and required documents.

- Coordinated with the sales team, banks, and financial institutions for further processing of leads.

- Maintained daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.

- Achieved assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
