Job Description

We are hiring a confident, well-spoken, and finance-knowledgeable Female Telecaller to handle DSA (Direct Selling Agent) work for a reputed Finance Company.

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, understand basic finance concepts, and are comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.

Position: Telecaller Finance / DSA

Department: Sales Support / Finance Operations

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience as Telecaller / DSA Executive / Finance Telecaller

Experience in loan process, finance company, NBFC, bank, or DSA setup preferred

Salary Package

Qualification

(Finance preferred)

Commerce / Finance background mandatory

Candidates with knowledge of loans & finance will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound & inbound calls related to finance/loan products

Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation & process to customers

Coordinate DSA activities and maintain lead records

Follow up with customers for documents and application status

Maintain proper call records, leads & reports

Coordinate with internal team and finance company officials

Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

Skills Required

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette

Basic knowledge of finance, loans & banking terms

Ability to handle customer queries and objections

Computer basics (MS Excel, CRM, email)

Follow-up & coordination skills

Target-oriented and responsible attitude
