Salary: 12,000 - 18,000 (for freshers); hike on last salary for experienced candidates

Experience: Calling background from credit cards, insurance, loan, medicine (prior experience in lead generation/telecalling is preferred)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-driven Relationship Executive (Telecaller) to join our team at Censure Marketing Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for generating leads for our insurance products by making outbound calls to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for insurance products through outbound calls

- Build rapport with potential customers and understand their insurance needs

- Introduce and promote our insurance products to potential customers

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on generated leads

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a calling background (credit cards, insurance, loan, medicine, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
