MNC company in Tricity is looking for an aggressive & experienced self-driven Female Telesales

Representative to join our strong sales team! Experience in selling financial products is a major

advantage As an outbound Domestic Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for

working with our existing customers and helping customer retention.

Need outstanding communicator and listener with the professional and friendly approach to help

customers and assist them with their account deposits

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or

service they signed up for

• Answer questions about products (post training)

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and help them to

maintain their account balance

• Take and process orders in an accurate manner

• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

• Enter and update customer information in the database

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• Follow the quality matrix diligently
