key responsibilities:
- conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell refurbished mobile phones.
- provide detailed information about our products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
- address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
- maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our crm system.
- collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- assist in gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement of services and products.
preferred qualifications:
- minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling or tele sales, preferably in the retail or technology sector.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- languages- english, kannada & hindi is must.
- proficient in using crm software and microsoft office suite.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- knowledge of refurbished mobile phones and the e-commerce industry is a plus.
education:
- any degree or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
