Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell refurbished mobile phones.- Provide detailed information about our products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to sales goals.- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets.- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Assist in gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement of services and products.Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling or tele sales, preferably in the retail or technology sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.- Languages- English, Kannada & Hindi is must.- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of refurbished mobile phones and the e-commerce industry is a plus.Education:- Any degree or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.If you are passionate about sales and customer support and want to be part of a growing team in the refurbished mobile phone industry, we would love to hear from you!
