Job Description

- responsibilities:

1. conducting phone calls to potential clients to provide information about products or services: as a tele counselor, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to educate them about the company's offerings.

2. following up with leads and scheduling appointments: you will be required to follow up with leads generated through phone calls and emails, and book appointments for further discussions.

3. handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service: responding to customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.

4. maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients: keeping detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups is essential for effective communication and relationship management.

5. collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience: working closely with the sales team to provide support and information to potential clients throughout the sales process.
