Proven experience as a telesales or sales representative in the real estate /insurance/mlm industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
